今日，剂泰科技宣布与Deerfield Management Company，L.P.旗下美国生物科技公司Boulevard Bio达成全球独家许可协议，授予其自主研发的三特异性TCE（T Cell Engager，T细胞衔接器）MTS-128项目在全球范围内开发、生产及商业化权益。根据该合作协议，剂泰科技将获得2000万美元首付款，并有资格获得最高达到16亿美元的开发、注册及商业化里程碑付款，外加基于产品销售额的分级销售提成。

MTS-128是剂泰科技全球首个人工智能驱动的纳米递送平台NanoForge驱动自主研发的新一代三特异性TCE。区别于传统抗体研发模式，MTS-128由NanoForge平台驱动完成分子设计与优化，是剂泰科技AI赋能创新疗法开发的重要代表项目。与传统双特异性TCE相比，三特异性TCE能够同时调控更多生物学机制，有望提升靶细胞杀伤效率，增加治疗窗口、增强治疗选择性及改善安全性方面展现独特优势。
