16亿美元!剂泰科技临床前三抗TCE授权Boulevard Bio

今日,剂泰科技宣布与Deerfield Management Company,L.P.旗下美国生物科技公司Boulevard Bio达成全球独家许可协议,授予其自主研发的三特异性TCE(T Cell Engager,T细胞衔接器)MTS-128项目在全球范围内开发、生产及商业化权益。根据该合作协议,剂泰科技将获得2000万美元首付款,并有资格获得最高达到16亿美元的开发、注册及商业化里程碑付款,外加基于产品销售额的分级销售提成。

MTS-128是剂泰科技全球首个人工智能驱动的纳米递送平台NanoForge驱动自主研发的新一代三特异性TCE。区别于传统抗体研发模式,MTS-128由NanoForge平台驱动完成分子设计与优化,是剂泰科技AI赋能创新疗法开发的重要代表项目。与传统双特异性TCE相比,三特异性TCE能够同时调控更多生物学机制,有望提升靶细胞杀伤效率,增加治疗窗口、增强治疗选择性及改善安全性方面展现独特优势。

剂泰科技由美国工程院院士Hongming Chen博士以及MIT科学家赖才达博士、王文首博士于2020年联合创立,在2026年5月13日以“全球AI药物递送第一股”成功在香港联合交易所有限公司上市。
公司自主开发全球首个人工智能驱动的纳米递送平台NanoForge,拥有目前全球最大规模千万级LNP脂质库,并基于NanoForge打造了四大核心解决方案:AiLNP(AI纳米递送系统设计平台)、AiRNA(AI mRNA序列设计平台)、AiProtein(AI蛋白设计平台)、AiTEM(AI小分子制剂设计平台)。
在本次MTS-128授权之前,剂泰科技已于2026年5月宣布与Deerfield Management达成战略联盟。这是Deerfield与中国生物科技公司的首个战略联盟。双方将深度整合剂泰科技在AI驱动蛋白工程、体内免疫治疗及可编程生物药领域的专有技术,与Deerfield在转化医学、临床开发及全球合作方面的产业经验。MTS-128的授权正是这一战略联盟落地的首个里程碑。
