It is now being used by universities and research institutes around the world as a cell retention tool to supplement rare cancer cells in the fluid for genetic analysis, and as an analysis tool for the phenomenon known as NETosis/NETs (Neutrophil extracellular traps).

· Is it possible to culture cells in SIEVEWELL Slide?
· Yes. SIEVEWELL Slide includes lid for cell culture.
· Do cells grow directly on nanowell surface?
· Yes. However, some cells attach to nanowell and some cells do not attach but grow in suspended state. Please test culture with your cell of interest with a free sample.
· Is it possible to image live cell with SIEVEWELL Slide?

· Is it possible to retrieve cells from SIEVEWELL Slide?
· Yes. Cell retrieval is by several pushing back from the side port.

· Is SIEVEWELL Slide compatible with every type of microscope?
· SIEVEWELL Slide is compatible with any inverted microscope that has a regular stage or a frame.

· Is high-resolution microscopy (40x, 60x, 100x) possible with SIEVEWELL Slide?
High-resolution microscopy is impossible due to the thickness of the bottom plate. However, we will propose the solution for that. Please contact us.
· Which solvents and chemicals are compatible with SIEVEWELL Slide?
· Acetone: no
Some of the compatible solvents may turn out to be incompatible under certain physical conditions such as temperature, strain, or when used over an extensive period of time. Please test the chemical compatibility of your compound with a free sample.
· What is your recommendation for reusing SEIVEWELL Slide?
· We do not recommend reusing the slides.
