HUTCHMED has officially completed the transaction of its exclusive global licensing agreement with GSK for HMPL-A830, an innovative KRAS-EGFR targeted cancer therapy.

Under the terms of the deal, HUTCHMED will receive an upfront payment of $110 million, with potential development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments totaling up to $1.295 billion, along with tiered sales royalties. GSK secures exclusive rights to develop and commercialize the novel candidate outside Greater China, while HUTCHMED retains full rights within Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

This transaction marks another significant milestone for China’s biopharma innovation landscape, underscoring the growing international market appetite and strong confidence of global pharmaceutical leaders in Chinese-originated clinical pipelines.
