On May 29, YolTech Therapeutics announced the completion of its nearly RMB 500 million Series C financing round. The round was led by ZhenFund Capital, with participation from Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment (Leading Initiative Fund), Minjin Investment, and Deyue Capital, alongside continued follow-on investment from existing shareholders including SummitView Capital, Eastern Bell Capital, and Tsing Capital.

Investors highlighted YolTech’s strong innovation capabilities and rapid clinical translation progress in the field of in vivo gene editing. Several of its pipelines have advanced into late-stage global clinical development, demonstrating significant potential for China-originated breakthrough innovation.

YolTech founder Dr. Wu Yuxuan expressed appreciation for the continued support from both new and existing investors. He noted that the company will continue to advance its proprietary gene editing and LNP delivery platforms, accelerate global multi-center clinical trials, and push toward commercialization of its “one-time treatment, lifelong cure” vision targeting rare and major diseases.

With this financing, YolTech aims to further strengthen its position as a global leader in in vivo gene editing therapies and expand the clinical and commercial pathway for next-generation genetic medicines.
