20 May 2026
On May 19, Full-Life Technologies announced the completion of over RMB 1 billion in financing, including approximately RMB 750 million in Series D equity financing and RMB 270 million in debt financing. The round was led by Vivo Capital, with participation from strategic partner SK Biopharmaceuticals, along with Sequoia China, Highlight Capital, GL Ventures, Plaisance, Sky9 Capital, TSG Capital, and other investors.
Founded in 2021, Full-Life Technologies is a privately held, fully integrated clinical-stage global radiopharmaceutical therapy company with offices in Belgium and China. The company was co-founded by CEO Sun Peiqi and CSO Dr. Liu Fa.
Full-Life is focused on building an end-to-end radiopharmaceutical platform spanning R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization, aiming to address fundamental challenges in the field. Its pipeline includes multiple assets targeting PSMA, NTSR-1, SSTR2, c-MET, and B7-H3.
According to the announcement, the proceeds will support the development of its clinical-stage pipeline, including [225Ac]Ac-FL-020 for prostate cancer and [225Ac]Ac-FL-261 for multiple solid tumor indications. By the end of 2026, the company expects to advance three differentiated clinical-stage programs, all derived from its proprietary UniRDC™ discovery platform.
The funding will also support the initiation of GMP-grade Actinium-225 isotope production at its advanced manufacturing facility in Belgium.
