BeOne Enters Up to $2.0B Global Option, License & Collaboration Agreement for PD-1/VEGF/CTLA-4 Trispecific Antibody HH160

28 April 2026

On April 27, 2026, Huahui Health announced that it has entered into a global exclusive option, license, and collaboration agreement with BeOne for HH160, a novel trispecific antibody targeting PD-1, CTLA-4, and VEGF-A.

Under the agreement, BeOne is granted an exclusive global option to develop, manufacture, and commercialize HH160. Huahui Health will receive a $20 million upfront payment. If BeOne exercises the option, Huahui Health will be eligible for an additional $100 million option exercise payment, up to $374 million in development and regulatory milestone payments, and up to $1.53 billion in sales-based milestone payments, plus tiered royalties. The total potential deal value reaches approximately $2.0 billion.

HH160 is developed using Huahui Health’s proprietary PolyBoost™ multispecific antibody platform. By simultaneously targeting PD-1, CTLA-4, and VEGF-A—three clinically validated immuno-oncology and anti-angiogenic targets—the molecule is designed to enhance anti-tumor efficacy, improve tumor-selective drug distribution, and potentially reduce treatment-related toxicity. Positive preclinical data were presented at the 2025 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting in Chicago.

In addition to the licensing terms, both parties will explore potential collaboration in Huahui Health’s future financing opportunities, with details to be further negotiated.

Huahui Health stated that the partnership with BeOne combines its integrated R&D capabilities with BeOne’s global development expertise to accelerate the advancement of HH160 toward global clinical development and patient benefit.
